End-to-end car leasing journey for expats in the Netherlands, from make/model selection through to home delivery.
The problem
Leasing a car is a common option for expats moving to the Netherlands, but the journey — comparing makes and models, configuring a lease, and arranging delivery — spans a lot of ground for someone unfamiliar with the local market. The platform needed to carry a user through that entire journey in one place.
The approach
Worked as a senior analyst programmer on the frontend within an 18-person team, the largest on record here — at that scale, the work was as much about consistent component contracts and shared Angular patterns across sub-teams as it was about any single feature, so the make/model selection, configuration, and delivery-scheduling flows stayed coherent as one product rather than drifting into disconnected pieces built by different people.
Outcome
Delivered the full make-to-delivery leasing journey for Netherlands-based expats, sustained across a three-year engagement with an 18-person team — the largest team size on this résumé.
